Get back to nature in Animal Crossing™: Pocket Camp, the new Animal Crossing mobile game where you take on the role of campsite manager!

You're in charge, so you can decorate your own campsite however you like! Make it fun, make it cute, make it sporty—it’s up to you to craft the kind of furniture and amenities that will make your camp a must-see for animals visiting the area.

Steps to Creating Your Best Campsite
- Help Animals As You Explore!
While visiting different recreational spots, you'll meet new animals who could use a little help. They'll be looking for fish, fruit, bugs, and other things to get their camping adventures started—and when you help them out, you'll earn Bells and craft materials in return!

- Craft Furniture and Amenities
The craft materials you earn by fulfilling animals’ requests can be used to craft all sorts of furniture and amenities for your campsite.

Just open up the Craft menu and place an order with Cyrus, the hardworking handyman from Re-Tail on the Road. Then sit back and wait! Or, if you're in a hurry, you can move your order to the very front of the line by using Leaf Tickets. You can purchase Leaf Tickets with real money, or earn them through regular gameplay.

- Your Campsite. Your Way.
The joy of the Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp game is creating a space that suits you and your style.

Your campsite can be anything you like—from a traditional space that celebrates nature to a flashy fun house with concerts and rides. It's all up to you!

You can also customize your camper, visit your friends' campsites to get ideas for your own, and meet new animal friends as you explore recreational areas!

- Host Animals at Your Campsite
As you grow your friendships with different animals, they'll want to visit your campsite. Craft and decorate with their favorite items, and you’ll be able to host them whenever you like—even if you change up your decorations completely!

Note: This game is a free download with in-app purchases.

Why haven't I gotten any of my achievements? This is a great 'port' to mobile and can be spoken of as a full AC game. It's a perfect game for children and adults alike though non fans of the franchise may be a little confused by the app. Play time can get up to about 2 to 3 hours daily but can also be as low as a few minutes at a time. The design of the game is similar to the daily cycles of other AC games however in that daily play is rewarded. The game does not require any financial purchase in any way. Full Review

One of the best apps you can find in the app store. Wonderful 3D graphics, and loads of items to craft. The game features all of your favorite and best animal crossing characters and are able to create a character to mingle and help all of them. Linking it to my Nintendo backs up saves data for your next phone and the added benfit to do missions in my Nintendo to get materials and items for your in-game experience. Looking forward updates to add more location and things to craft. If you love Animal Crossing or looking for a game to play this is the app to install. Full Review

This is a great addition to the seris. You can do lots of fun stuff. I found myself playing this more than new Leaf or happy home designer. It is more convenient that it is on my phone than on a 3ds xl or a wii. The portability is great. The only thing I would change is that it can also be played offline too because I live in an area that cell serves is not the greatest and wifi is not an option. So please Nintendo please make an offline mode... Full Review

It's as good as any title in the franchise. The friends list could use some work but so far, I'm enjoying it. Also, the net fishing and catching fish certain ways requiring Leaf Money is a bit... well I guess it's normal these days but I don't enjoy it. Overall this game exceeds my expectations and Keep a me highly amused for hours on end. Definitely worth the download. Full Review

This is a great little mobile game. It's super cute and fun to figure out which animals you really want arypur camp, and then just going for them. But it is so repetitive! It would be great if animals also requested items like clothes and craftables. And perhaps making craftables less resource-consuming. Also, the ability to add more camp space would be amazing! Love that you can decorate the camp and the camper. Really good. Full Review

This game is amazing. It does have a few differences from the original Animal Crossing, but you still get that same addicted feeling when you play it. The basic concept of Animal Crossing was beautifully captured in this app. And the graphics are AMAZING. It totally blew me away! The controls are simple and easy. The gameplay is fun, and it kinda sucks having to wait for furniture or clothing to be made, but there's still plenty to do while you wait! I love this app and I would recommend it to any of those Animal Crossing fans out there that (like me) used to spend hours on end playing the originals. Full Review

This game is amazing! I'm very happy that I can finally play animal crossing on my phone! But maybe the game would be more amusing if there were more fish and bugs to catch! There's enough for now but I do really hope you guys add more things ^^ Plus, it'd be awesome if we could talk and do things with other players. Like, fish together, catch bugs together, maybe even bake together? I don't know, that's just my opinion! But overall, I really do love this game Full Review

I absolutely love this game, its a game anyone can play whether you've been a long time fan or just stepped into this new animal filled world. I recommend a few features regarding the multiplayer aspect and contacts section. Id like to see a system where you make it possible to select multiple people at once and ask for help from all at once. Instead of each individually. Also a search bar in the friends tab where you search for the items you wish to buy instead of clicking each individually. Full Review

I love animal crossing and having it on my phone is what I have been waiting for! I love to dress up my character and redecorate my camper and site! Some of the animals are too cute to handle. The only thing I don't really like is the mine thing. Also I would love it if they added a nature center that functions like the museum so we can collect all the bugs and fish and display them. Nothing beats the GameCube version for sure, but I love this game as it is such a great way to reconnect with my family. Like back in the old summer days. The best memories. Thank you Nintendo. Even though we live such busy lives and everyone is old now lol. Graphics are great. I wish I had a stylist as it is a bit hectic to move around. Other than that it's fantastic. Love it (: Full Review

Microtransactions limit the game to a grinding halt starting at about level 10 where each point of progress takes hours per item and each npc needs around 5 each. Your item carry amount is small, and the network drops connection constantly this is also the second time my review has been deleted and I will keep reporting it Nintendo. Network is fixed mostly but after progressing further this game misses the charm of AC even if you overlook the freemium features Full Review

I understand its a game that is made by the people whom made Nintendo, But where are the curly haired hairstyles? The human characters seem westernized versions of Japanese Characters. Shouldn't it be more International? More of a broader based every character? And where are the darker brown eyes? I noticed you have diferrent colours of hair, But as for eyes? Not so much. Please consider this in the future. Full Review

I have a problem with the time limits on waiting for craft items. 10 hours for the blue table!?! Seriously Nintendo? Please fix that up. Just to like maybe 2 or 4 or 6 hours please I don't like having to wait so long. Oh I don't always have the right amounts of leaf tickets to pay. Oh and the craft space leaf ticket payments are nuts! Goodness you need to bring that down too. Thanks if you do! But otherwise everything is awesome and amazing and cute and unique! Bye😄 Full Review

It needs to have more interactions. Like the DS. The campgrounds need to be bigger and the TP or tents need to be interactive too. Also, I would love for my husband to be able to play and chat with me as well as other friends. 😍❤️🤩 That would be amazing!! A more interactive fishing touch would be nice too. Also, where is the museum!? Fossil? Digging? Rocks? 😭😭 That's my favorite part.... I get that it's a campground but at least let the RV/Van be somewhat of one. Or add some space to the campground for it!! 😍😁 What about a mini game or too? If y'all could reply I'd love to talk about ideas. 😊😊 Full Review

If you like the first 10 seconds of the game, get ready for literally nothing else! You will love repeatedly doing the exact same with no payoff what so ever. It lacks all the benefits of real animal crossing. There are a total of 6 bugs, 6 freshwater fish, and 6 saltwater fish. 8 shirts are available and 3 pairs of shoes. No collection can be made. No gyroids. No reason to give them money. Full Review

Love this game for the sole fact that the sound effects and characters are mostly (if not all) the same from the original title. This brings back incredible memories. The graphics are pleasant and vibrant. It could use more dialogue and more activities/interactive objects, but it is a mobile game after all. Great game. I look forward to any possible additions. And theeen i was like wait, there's a catch, it's going to be up the butt with p2p stuff. But it honestly isn't! I was so surprised, a free awesome game bringing the animal crossing universe to my very smart phone. Only started 20 minutes ago and i cant put it down, and there's already so much more to do. And it's online, like I can just add my friends through Facebook. I love this! I love this game! It's fun, cute, and relaxing. A wonderful addition to the AC series. It's rekindled my love for the franchise. My only complaint is that every so often it crashes and I lose tickets. Last time I lost 40 tickets, which is a huge disappointment. I will never make a purchase due to this problem, but I still love playing. Overall I would recommend this game for anyone who wants something cute, fun, and surprisingly time consuming(in a good way). Full Review

It's a phone game, not a full fledged Animal Crossing game. With that in mind, and the fact that it is free to play, its not bad at all. For logging in occationally and doing tasks, I've gotten to level 19 without feeling like I need to pay real money. If you want to play for hours strait and keep progressing, you will need money. But if you just want to log in for 15-20 minutes at a time every 2-6 hours or so, it's a great free-to-play game. My only complaint is the market box system, I cant see all of a friends market box without having to go to their camp. Please allow me to see a friends full list of market boxes from the friends list instead of previewing the first four only. Full Review

All the best features of the original and so far less of a Grind. Seems to have limited sets to collect right now but I'm sure that will change with patches. The only real issue I have with the game is that the system to add real life friends could be more streamlined instead of having to email or text a code. Full Review

Very fluid controls. Charming and highly addicting. Runs well on my 4g connection. The main issue I have is that it feels like AC lite(not enough content). I'm a longtime fan of Animal Crossing, I have all of the games except for the Japan exclusives. New Leaf was released years ago and we haven't had a main game since. While this certainly isn't a main game and some functions in this app get annoying, it feels like Animal Crossing. The charm is present, the villagers are adorable as ever, and you are forever in debt. That last one is a joke, of course, but nonetheless you will have to cough up cash to expand your camper. One last thing I noticed was that the graphics are incredibly polished, whereas in New Leaf the graphics were good but not nearly as smooth as this app. Compare the both and you'll see what I mean! Overall, this is a nice app for newcomers and veterans of Animal Crossing alike. Full Review

They are not pushy about spending your money, like many other mobile free games that will stop your ability to play or continue unless you pay, even though that is an option. Thank you Nintendo. You guys are truly the best. Also, so glad you guys stuck to the concept of an avatar running around. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! PS When is Animal Crossing coming to Switch?! I love this game! This game features easy, casual gameplay that focuses on collecting animals and furniture, which can be used to decorate your very own campsote. The incremental goals are satisfying, and the wait times between refreshes for items (such as collecting fruit or fish, or building furniture) is just long enough to draw out gameplay without being frustrating. The in-app purchases for this game are "leaf tickets", a secondary in-game currency used to purchase some items or speed up wait times. Leaf tickets are available to purchase with real money, as well as occasionally rewarded for achieving in-game goals. They're rewarded often enough through gameplay that purchasing additional tickets with real money is in no way necessary. Low pressure, family friendly, casual fun, with beautiful graphics and well-balanced gameplay. Overall a great addition to the Animal Crossing franchise! <3 Full Review

Adorable and extremely fun. I barely put this down at any point during the first week I had it. But BE CAREFUL because I accidentally deleted this and reinstalled it thinking I'd be able to pick up where I left off. It had erased all of my game data and I had to start from scratch. Luckily, I loved the game and, while a little down about losing all my progress, I still didn't mind too much. This game is the best game I have played in a long time in the way of apps and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for something to do. Full Review

I love this game so much!!! A few things I think might make it even better though: ⑴ The ability to expand your camp space so you can collect even more things to decorate with!! ⑵ A few more errands to run for animals maybe, i.e. more things to obtain for them. It's getting a little repetitive running around just for fruit and fish and bugs! Need more to do!! Overall, I'm completely in love with this game. I just really really wish there was a little bit more to do! A little bit more space for things to collect, a few more tasks to work on doing, etc....!! Full Review

I've loved Animal Crossing since I got New Leaf for my birthday many years ago, and this is a perfect replacement. Everything is timed perfectly, so that you don't even need to spend real money. My only complaints are the apparently limited variety of bugs and fish to catch, and there's no flavour text when you catch fish or bugs. Full Review

Missing support for 18:9 screens; the game has a black bar at the bottom that promotes burn-in in OLED devices. Mario Run has support for 18:9 so I don't know why they didn't do the same for this game. Other than that, this game is a really enjoyable experience. It's like having a micro version of Animal Crossing in your pocket. It controls well, very similarly to using the touchscreen in Wild World and the visuals look like an HD version of New Leaf. Gameplay-wise it's somewhat repetitive but you will absolutely find fun in this game. Full Review

I'm actually using a chromebook, and I was so surprised that it was calibrated for mousepad and keyboard. I wish we had more room on our campsite or in our RV to place more furniture, especially when we need to collect so much. It'd be nice to have the room to display a lot more of it. I also don't know the purpose of rare bugs/fish. The only thing it seems we can do with it is sell it. I also noticed that the items available for purchase in the market place are very repetitive.
