    The app is good, but the service has gotten worse over time. We used to be able to request cars and they would be here between 3-5 minutes, now it's a 8-15 minute wait. The cost has also increased from $2-$3 shared to $5-7 shared and $6-$20 for a solo ride. The service would be better if they addressed these issues, other than that it is ok. Full Review

    I dislike the fact that I have been using this app for a while and was getting good prices and the same fares to the same places I always use it for. But lately I been getting charged all different crazy amounts and over charging to these same places like now I can't count on the fact that I don't know how much they are going to charge any more because of these bizzare amounts.     They tell you notifications are for letting you know your ride is coming, but they are mostly so their marketing department can buzz your phone whenever they want to. They're always sending me push notifications while I'm working and I guess I'll have to see if it still works when I disable them. Also the standard of cars on Lyft seems to be low. I think they allow very old cars and don't check if they are clean or properly maintained. I feel like I like Lyft as a company slightly better, but Ubers on average seem to be cleaner and newer even though many drivers drive for both. Full Review

    Driver was 3 minutes away from me in Oakland,CA then got on the freeway and headed for San Francisco. He didn't answer my messages or calls to cancel my ride so I could get another driver. Lyft charged me for canceling the ride before I could request another. No menu on app for contacting Lyft. I also see they don't respond to customer comments. You were good up til now. Full Review

    This app suffers from numerous glitches, from telling you the drive is there to pick you up to sending the driver to the wrong location. I have used this app a lot of times but no longer will I use such a faulty app that has the audacity to charge me for a ride k didn't took. Full Review

    Really loved this service. Late May I'm closing my account and going back to uber. I tap the lyft app ( dose not open ) they try and charge me a dollar. I only need service when it snows. So I won't be subscribing to the monthly fee. If I could afford that I'd get a car. Of course they NEVER respond to my reviews. Full Review

    Every driver around me is 10 min away, every day! If I pull up uber they get to me in 2 minutes! I use to use this every day to get to work, but I'm not waiting on a ride for 10 minutes when I can get one in 2. Full Review

    App is broken. It thinks I canceled a ride that I wanted, and will not move off of the payment page. Its trying to charge me for a shortened ride that never happened, and the driver never showed up. So I couldn't contact the driver that the cancellation was a mistake and he should still get me, or just schedule a "new" ride. Even with a reinstall, the app is STUCK demanding payment for a ride that never happened and blocks you from using the app for anything else until "payment" is made. Lyft has no phone support, NONE, for dealing with things in real time, so this is app-breaking. How many days will this take to fix on my account while the app is unusable? I would rate 0 stars if I could. You've been warned. Full Review

    Consistently misreports wait times to be estimated at well under the actual time waited to get a car. App is buggy for drivers causing me to get picked up and charged by drivers that were never at my pickup location or picked me up in the first place. No way to cancel lyft lines when ending a ride early: i.e. I needed to change my destination mid ride so I got out with my drivers permission to get a new lyft and I was unable to book another lyft while I had to watch a 30min ride through my app Full Review

    The GPS needs to be fixed badly! I was onna ride where the driver completely passed my house and when I looked on their map it was taking me out west to god knows where. I had to give the driver the directions to my hiuse because the GPS kept wanting to take east (I live west btw). Full Review

    The app has been working just fine until yesterday, when an estimated $15 ride ended up costing $32. Without any explanation whatsoever to why, I'm left thinking they are doing cash-grabs during the holidays. At that price I'd rather have taken the bus or a regular cab. I was hoping I'd never have to go back to Uber, but this behavior annoys me just as much as Uber's and frankly their service works better. Full Review

    Lyft was good at first but now I see that Lyft Drivers are the one how are controlling the app. I call Lyft in one occasion an they said that i needed to way 3 minutes Lyft driver show I try to stop the Drive he toll me that i cancell.I told him that I never cancell I told the driver if I cancell why and there waiting for him he drove Me to my destination and he told me that I was no cancell any more at that point I realized that the Driver was the one how cancel my ride..That is a shame..Shame on u Lyft Driver..     Lyft just can't get it right from still raising the prices up too high to the inaccuracy of both the app and the actual drivers. I also don't think it's fair for drivers to accept your ride and cancel it while you are waiting with no explanation on why they cancelled after they accepted the ride but I still get charged for the ride.     I have spent 3 weeks trying to resolve contact issues with you to no avail. Verizon helped me. You sent me in circles for 3 weeks.     Please be aware that the drivers at times will not show up. Then the company will charge you a $5 fee for their drivers not showing up. I also had an experience with a driver who was very rude and was using vulgar language to me. There's also no Lyft and once again they would charge you a cancellation fee or no fee of $5 for their drivers being a no-show and not having Lyft logos on driver's cars. In the beginning I really loved they are service. However is be going down hill. So be careful with this company they will cheat you Full Review

    I used to love using lyft because as a mom of 3 and a store manager it really helps me move around daily. But it's like the cars are getting harder to find and the drivers are getting more disrespectful.     The app is good the drivers not so much. It is very hit or miss in my area. A lot of drivers are on the road at night but should not be Lyft workers when it is dark. Also the app always makes them pick me up behind my house..if they are not from the area they listen to the app. When I call to say that's not accurate some drivers get nervous I guess and leave or refuse to pull around front.     Driver picked us up and we were a bit wet because it was raining. We apologized to the driver and asked if it was still ok to get a ride before we got in the car. The driver the proceeded to report us for making his car dirty and lyft charged us like $70 for a "cleaning fee." Very deceitful. Driver should have refused the fare or told us we were going to be charged a cleaning fee. He knew exactly what he was doing. What a scam! Contacted lyft about it and they did not care at all.     Look, Lyft, we used to be friends. Then, multiple issues with your mapping and geo locating functionality has left me with serious doubts as to whether we're even acquaintances. On mutiole occasions, drivers don't know where I am cause the pin is off or they are shown to be much closer or further than they actually are. Please get your stuff together. Full Review

    I love everything about Lyft except the high prices in comparison to Uber and the fact that whenever I request a ride and share a ride I always have to pay more. The other person always gets dropped off first, even when my stop is closer and I've gotten into the Lyft first which makes absolutely no sense. It's annoying. My ride said $13 and even with their bs discount, it ended up being $17 due to that very reason. Full Review

    I have a 25$ gift card applied to my account and Lyft will not let me use the credits & it also declined my card ..... I had to call Uber was only my 2nd attempting Lyft and I would appreciate my 25$ being refunded since I can't use the credits if I don't have the money in my account...geez.. stood outside in the cold trying to find a way to contact Lyft and get it resolved....Uber saved my life Full Review

    I love the service but the app has become really slow/buggy of late. It takes minutes to get past the payment dialog, cars don't update their locations when they're coming for you, and I've often had drivers go right past me because they weren't notified that they were to pick me up.
