Definitively a great game. Warm character on a cold, surprising environment(s), connects with innocents feelings without forgetting entertainment and challenge, easy to play, easy to adopt new mechanichs. Not very hard and kind of short, but worths every bit of its price and makes it playable for children as well. Full Review

Amazing, gorgeous graphics with impossible structures and awesome sound makes it a very memorable puzzle. Only one issue i faced on forgotten shores chapter viii it took me a hell lot of effort to separate the totem four piece and join them again. Their was a massive touch response issue on that chapter. Pls fix it. Full Review

This is a wonderful game, very challenging puzzles, and it's just great! I got $10 in Google Play credit for Christmas, and plan to buy ALL the Monument Valley things! (That $3 I got from this in-app purchase of Forgotten Shores went to Monument Valley 2) Full Review

Amazing! The best mobile game I've ever played. The graphics are phenomenal, and I love the simplicity. The gameplay is innovative and fun, while not being impossibly challenging to the point where new players are turned off from it. The story is interesting, although vague. If you haven't play either Monument Valley, or Monument Valley II, you must. Full Review

Gorgeous art style and graphics with equally beautiful music. Its the well mix of minimalistic characters and complex pastel-colored surroundings that first piqued my interest. They piece in the story really well too, be it scattered around the levels or as eloquent dialogues. Controls are very nice and i absolutely love the mechanics and the premise of the game, astounding game design on each level. However, the controls can get a bit finicky at times though still manageable, and yes some of the levels are pretty challenging but the game is just too good, I had to finish it in an hour or two. I cannot stop gushing over this game its incredible, you guys are awesome. Full Review

Great calming and soothing soundtrack acting as a pulse for spectacular eye candy. I'm only 3 chapters in and I'm hooked. I haven't lost myself in a game like this since my early "civilization" days. Great job ustwo. I look forward to losing many hours with this gem... Full Review

Good concept but still can't justify the price you're charging for monument valley 2! I mean, MV1 is already a paid game (with IAP) and version 2 is a just big update for an already paid game! And the devloper is charging insane amount for version 2 update! Full Review

Disappointing. The game is very, very, very short. There is absolutely no challenge. I beat the game in a couple of hours while watching TV and working. I understand the level design takes a lot of time for this kind of puzzle, and the effort deserves recognition. But in the end just seems like time was wasted. Full Review

This game deserves nothing short of a 5* review. To all those people who complain about the price, do you realize you sound like you're complaining of portion sizes in an expensive restaurant? This is just a treat to play and I'm amazed to see the perfection with which this game was made. Thank you for the experience, ustwo games Full Review

Hate this game. Violates basic physics, has stupid 3D illusions. Your rip-off competitor 'Mekorama' is a much better game and follows the basics of physics unlike you. Pretty over rated game this is. You can't make the puzzle challenging and hence resorting to illusions. Full Review

The gameplay is beautifully entertaining but the game is too short. That's the only shortcoming I have found in this game. Full Review

Was previously 5* BUT, the once beautiful audio sounds like it's going through a Metallica distortion pedal. Even at low volumes it's horribly distorted, it really sounds like the ridiculous compression used in making MLG meme videos. What the hell happened! HELP! Full Review

Its a very well put together game that makes you think the entire time while playing, it's also very addictive. I was very impressed w/ the design of it all, the architecture was awesome...it had an MC Escher vibe to it. You guys should definitely add more levels because I already passed the entire game... 😱 haha 😉 Full Review

I really loved this game, everything was beautiful and the levels were really interesting. I am really glad that I got this on cyber Monday, however, because for the amount of time this game takes it definitely isn't worth $4. The only reason I bought the extra 8 levels (which took even less time to complete) was because I only paid like $1.30 for the game. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't so expensive/it was a longer game Full Review

This is a great game and look forward to the second one. I am hoping it is a bit longer as the price is a little high for the duration of the game. $5.98 for the whole first one and done in 24 hours. Overall has a certain level of challenge while it is relaxing and breath taking scenery. The controls are great and self explanatory and like I said look forward to the second storyline. Full Review

Beautiful! In every respect: artwork, sound and game play, I only wish there was more of it! Original, absorbing, stimulating, entertaining, challenging and breathtakingly, achingly beautiful. The expansion pack, Forgotten Shores, is a little harder than MV and well worth the £2.99. A nigh on perfect game, I absolutely loved it. MV 2 is available too now, at £4.99, perhaps a little steep, but I bought it anyway. If anything it's even more beautiful. Highly recommended. Full Review
