    When I try to play a movie or a episode that I've paused before and then went out from the app, the video stops but not the sound and it's awful. Please fix that, I can't watch anything. It's so annoying Full Review

    Hi! So I don't know if y'all took it off because other people didn't like it or what not, but I really liked the feature where the rewind, fast forward, and pause/play buttons all appear when you tap the video. The 30 second rewind sets the video further back than I want it to, so I have to always navigate manually with the thing. This has been my review for months because I forgot to take it down when you fixed it before but I guess I didn't have to because now the problem is back! Full Review

    For some reason I've lost the ability to move backwards and forwards through the video in 10 second increments? Now I can only go back 30 seconds which is too far. I just don't understand why that feature would've been reversed. I hope this bug can be fixed soon! Full Review

    I thought it was amazing when I was able to fast forward or rewind 10 seconds. Now the update doesnt let me!! Also, some shows that previously allowed me to "skip intro" won't do it anymore! Once those get fixed then this will be a 5 start app all day!! Full Review

    Seeking for a specific point in videos could've been more intuitive. Adopting the double tap on screen to skip 10 seconds ahead like youtube is something I would strongly suggested. Full Review

    Uses way to much bandwidth. Needs a quality setting to reduce bandwidth. Also all the best movies are only on DVD. Very few of the new DVD releases are in streaming so I am forced to have both or switch back to DVD only. Also you have blocked the app from downloading to my Android TV box . If your not going to support the Android TV boxes then no point in subscribing because I can't get it on my TV. I can only assume all the good reviews can't see what you have on DVD. Please add quality setting Full Review

    I have a brand new phone, good signal, and the app will not stream ANYTHING. I can watch on my laptop and the other people who use the account aren't having issues either. Please fix this. It's not my phone, or the connection, or even that too many people are on the account. I have the galaxy s8, so this shouldn't be an issue. The app needs no updates, I have signed out and back in, as well as restarting my phone. EDIT: This shouldn't still be an issue at this point and is ridiculous. As I mentioned before it works fine on everything BUT my phone, so it's not a connection problem on my end. And I have a NEW phone which is able to stream on other things such as Amazon. I'm being slightly generous with my review at this point. Full Review

    No longer loads on my Samsung s7. Works fine on everything else. Would be 5 stars if I could get the App to work. As of Oct, Netflix no longer supports the Nougat version of Android. Support says the app has been optimized for Oreo and will not be fixing bug fixes for Nougat. Am cancelling my subscription this month. Full Review

    PLEASE Netflix, unfortunately this update also didn't fix my Samsung Galaxy Tab A 7.0 SM-T285 problem. Sound still lags about one second, and the screen freezes. PLEASE consider the following improvements: 1 - YouTube, VLC - like 10 second dubbel tab fast forward and rewind. 2 - Ad movie and series trailers to Android App like we get on the Smart tv's. 3 - A warning sign or section on all content leaving Netflix in the next 30 - 60 Days.     This is broken on the s8, half the time when I press play the image isn't shown and I have to resort exiting out of the screen. In fact I had to hard reset my ENTIRE phone because the app messed up my hardware. Netflix needs this app to be optimised if they want to continue Full Review

    It was a great smooth running app until the 2/14/18 update. Now the play, skip back and forward controls that used to show up in the middle of a video when you tap once are gone. Didn't think much of it at the time, but now that feature has been cut out. It's a noticeable difference, and not for the better. Please bring that feature back!! Thanks!! Full Review

    Why was the user interface reverted back to the old one? The new interface you guys introduced that had the 10 sec fast forward/backward as well as a big play/pause in the middle was so much more intuitive to use than the old 30 sec rewind that has tiny play/pause on the lower left hand corner. please bring the new interface back.
